Shipping policy
Adriana Verelle ships to the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
- Canada: typically 7–14 business days after shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders arriving in more than one package
Our collection is crafted by independent partner studios, so orders with several items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us right away at info@adrianaverelle.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
